Welcome to donslip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform ("Website" or "Platform"), accessible at www.donslip.com. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Platform. ________________________________________ 1. Definitions • Platform: Refers to the donslip website or mobile application. • Users: Refers to any person or entity using the Platform, whether registered or not, including donors, collection agents, and NGOs. • Collection Agent: Refers to a person whose account or login ID is created by an NGO or entity for the purpose of collecting donations on their behalf 2. Eligibility & Obligations • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. • Entities, including NGOs, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging, directly or indirectly, in any activities that are unlawful under Indian law. The Platform must not be used, directly or indirectly, for any illegal or prohibited activities. • Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes. • Donslip acts as an intermediary and is not liable for fund misuse by NGOs or errors caused by third-party services. Users agree to indemnify donslip against any claims arising from their use of the Platform. 4. Service Scope • Platform Services: The Platform facilitates entities in collecting donations from the public and issuing digital slips to the Donors. • Intermediary Role: The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for verifying the end use of donations by the entities. 5. Fees & Charges • The Platform charges an operational cost as a service fee, which will be deducted from the donations received. The applicable charges will be communicated to the entity during the registration process on donslip.com. 6. Refund Policy • All donations made directly to the entity through our website, including self-slip generation, are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors. • If a slip is issued by any entity or its Collection Agent, the responsibility for such transactions rests solely with the respective entity or agent. 7. Transparency & Accountability • NGOs are solely responsible for ensuring the accurate and appropriate utilization of the donations collected through the Platform. • Platform provides tools for generating online donation slips but is not liable for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the reporting or usage of funds by the NGO. • Entities/NGOs must update their profiles and other relevant information in compliance with platform’s policies. 9. Privacy Policy • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. 10. Intellectual Property • All content, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of donslip. Unauthorized use is prohibited, and any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the unauthorized user. 12. Amendments • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions before each use of the Platform. 13. Dispute & Jurisdiction • Any dispute must be communicated to management of donslip with all relevant facts and evidence via email at contact@donslip.com . The complainant must allow a reasonable time for the Platform to review and address the matter. • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
